Use of this website and any order placed with NeeDoh are subject to the following service terms.

Using This Store

These Terms and the linked store policies apply whenever a visitor uses the site or places an order. All checkout, payment, contact, and delivery information must be accurate, and the storefront cannot be used for an unlawful purpose.

The specifications shown on each listing describe the squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items offered at that time. Before order acceptance, availability or price can change, and clear listing errors may be corrected to the extent allowed by law.

Orders, Shipping, and Cancellation

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After it ships, the Refund Policy governs the request.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible items carry a 30-day no-reason return and exchange right beginning on delivery. For an approved change-of-mind request, or merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing, NeeDoh covers the return-shipping cost.

The change-of-mind option does not include personalized products, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, or opened intimate and hygiene-sensitive goods. Those exclusions never remove remedies for defects or nonconforming products.

Authorized refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

USD Payments

All prices settle in USD, and the checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Applicable law determines any tax collected on an order, so the store does not promise a permanent tax exemption.
